Fun and structured boxing classes designed to teach strong fundamentals, build discipline, and boost confidence in kids and teens - all within a positive, supportive environment. Held during school terms. Please refer to "Timetable" for class schedule and "Memberships" for pricing.

NEXT-GEN- YOUTH: A fun, yet challenging class designed to keep our kids active, increase fitness levels and improve overall health and wellbeing. Our Next-Gen will learn the all-important art of boxing technique, fundamentals and skills and drills. This class encourages focus and discipline, while boosting confidence.

NEXT-GEN - SPARRING: This class gives progression to our students that are ready to take the next step and gives them the chance to apply their boxing skills in a controlled setting under the guidance of our qualified trainers.

NEXT-GEN- STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING: Designed to support boxing skills, this class helps build power, speed, and endurance. It’s a great introduction to strength and weighted training for our youth, with boxing-specific exercises to boost overall performance.

MOUNT COLLEGE COLLAB: In partnership with Mount College, our youth boxing programme empowers students to develop confidence, discipline, and self-defence through the art of boxing.
